With over 10 years of experience in transformational change delivery in international banks, I have developed a sharp sense of Project Governance, Consensus Building and Leadership. Having personally delivered Capital Markets Real-time trading technology and Securities Services, I gain the trust of Project Managers, Product Owners, Tech and Operations team. Coupled with a fine art of asking questions, underpinned by my deep domain knowledge, I uncover interesting insights that management needs for decision-making. Todate, I have successfully turned projects from red status to green and am entrusted to conduct independent deep-dives with stakeholders. With an MBA, specialising in Finance, and certified in Agile Project Management, I have validated financials and the viability of technical solutions, including regulatory projects. Specifically, I manage highly visible complex projects that are KPIs for Management Team at a local big bank, present at the Transformation Council and Governance Board quarterly meetings, where budgets for Change Requests or New Initiatives are approved. Some notable projects include: 1. an innovative platform that won the Euromoney Innovation Award of the Year fixed income platform for the Investment Bank arm 2. Real-time Payments in Australia where I was the Product Development Specialist 3.
