Asia Meeting & Design Week Description: Asia Meeting & Design Week is a semiannual procurement meeting which is initiated by US home office to convene buyers, designers, Shanghai IBO and key suppliers to communicate new fashion trend, discuss sales performance and share market information. Arrange the samples in advance according to designer's proposal, during the meeting, buyer will make the final nominations based on actual effect. Responsibility: 1. Make a meeting agenda which including attendee, schedule and collect samples' quotation from suppliers 2. Make sure samples' accuracy and punctuality is in accordance with buyers and designers demands 3. Take meeting minutes and follow up sample's modification, improvement and updated quotation. In 2016, we presented more than 120 sets of decoration bedding from 15 suppliers' self-designs and among those, buyer selected 19 sets of samples, the adoption rate is 15% which is increased 5% than 2015. Meanwhile, our team got recommendation from Dallas. In 2016,we presented more than 150 SKUs of men's outerwear and men/boys' swim trunks from 5 suppliers'. After the meeting, buyer selected 50 SKUs of outerwear and 10 SKUs of swim trunk, the adoption rate is close to 40%. The procurement is reach to $20 million16 per cent of the total volume in apparel team.
