I am a professional, customer-oriented administrative professional with over 30 years of experience in accounting/tax processes and administrative/office support roles in both the corporate and private business sectors. I have revamped filing systems, researched problems areas in an outdated database system and recommended where improvements could be made. Even though I have not had the title of "manager", that's exactly what I did in many of my previous roles. I was pretty much my own boss in my last position as Payroll Coordinator and wrote the process manual for that position, for myself and also to be left for anyone that would replace me so they would have a system to follow of what needed to be done before, during and after the payroll process (unfortunately the decision was made to close the department before the manual would be needed). I am a finisher - whatever the assignment is, I will communicate when things are not clear and continue with the follow-through. If you're looking for someone with a good work ethic, integrity, a self-starter, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, a numbers person, a detail-oriented person that takes pride in doing an excellent job, a team player, then I'm the woman for the job!
