About Joydeep Basu

I am a Program Manager and my mission is to manage and deliver high-quality and complex IT solutions. I manage program boundaries, costs, revenues, and gross margins. I also participate in sales and opportunity management, acount growth, hiring plans, project review, and governance. My journey in IT industry started as an application developer in Oracle Plsql Oracle Forms and Reports, played the role of Data Engineer using technologies like Datastage Big data Hadoop, Unix. With time I started taking tech agnostic roles in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, Service Management. Over the last few years I have been pursuing roles in Management like Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager and also doing consulting work in pre-sales. I have three patents and one publication under my name, demonstrating my passion for learning and innovation in the IT field.
