Strategizing on choosing Universities and Courses that sees majority student traffic and which is of business value 3. Strategizing on choosing content that needs to be curated from the University website 4. Creating structured content from curated information that enables building filtration tools on the site 5. Building several projects and processes around listings like, Updation of Content, Increasing number of Courses per University, creating additional value adds like Scholarship listings, providing listing support to the Sales and Counselling team 6. Doing regular analysis of page views, responses, bounce rate, unique visitors, average time spent on page, session duration etc. Conducting regular Training and QA sessions to augment listing richness by bringing out unique content of University/Courses 8. Set up QA process to ensure uniformity and accuracy of information on site as well as ensuring adherence to SEO guidelines 9. Continuously ramping up process flow to improve efficiency 10. Active participation in product development, enhancement and management including Front End Design 11. Also responsible for setting up QA Process for the Sales and Counselling Team QC and Training Process (Operations, Sales and Counseling) 1. Created audit sheets for all 3 processes 2. Weekly evaluations are done for the Operations, Counseling and Sales team 3. Overlooking the QC process for Operations which is done by the audit team 4. Giving regular feedbacks and maintaining audit scores to do a monthly Training Need Analysis 5. Training sessions conducted as per need analysis
