At SBI-SG Global Securities Services, I've pioneered the Fund Administration department, overseeing operations with assets under administration of USD 230 billion and driving product development and business growth strategies. My role encompasses complete service delivery and P&L management, ensuring highest quality standards across client segments viz. Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, AIFs, Trusts and other fund types. My competencies in operational risk controls, process and technology transformation, and client services are evidenced by the successful implementation of state-of-the-art global FA IT solution stack, establishment of a team of specialists and ensuring NIL operational loss in the decade. In collaboration with my team, we've excelled in client servicing and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships, all while delivering consistently on our budgeted financial targets.
