Good understanding of Analog, Digital & Power electronics circuits. Expertise in Functional test & verification, debugging & analyzing of SMPS controllers, Inverters and LED Drivers. Testing of devices for EMI (Surge, Burst, ESD) and EMC (Conducted Emission) regulations in inhouse as well as in dedicated labs. Good knowledge on Functional safety ISO26262. Knowledge on documentation as per ASPICE standard. Good knowledge on Solar MPPT charging characteristics. Power Electronic design analysis, investigation & resolution of engineering problems. Experience in building power electronics test fixtures and knowledge of high voltage safety. Expertise in handling test and measuring equipment’s like Digital oscilloscopes, Signal generators, AC/DC power sources, Power analyzers, Data acquisition system and Switch control units & cards. Good knowledge of High power devices like IGBTs, MOSFETs, Diode, and passive components like Resistors, Capacitor etc. Taking care in design of the controllers which meets UL standard. Ability to document and communicate test results with engineering team. Familiar with Assembly Language, C, Pspice, ORCAD. Excellent communication and product testing skills. Good knowledge of communication protocols like RS232, RS485, I2C. Visiting customer places and solving the problems associate with the product. Active member of Emergency Response Team (ERT) as well as Research lab activities like calibration of the equipment’s etc.
