Working with design teams, technical advisors, and internal and external stakeholders to maintain project within scope, budget, and schedule. • Preparation and evaluation of RFP technical documents, and preparation of contract documents, for large subway tunnel projects. • International design, Construction Management, Project Management, and Procurement experience in heavy civil projects, incorporating multidisciplinary designs in a variety of Project Delivery methods. Producing, reviewing, and implementing construction means and methods, technical specifications, Geotechnical Baseline Reports, and instrumentation monitoring programs. • Extensive local site experience in construction management of transit tunnel projects. Tracking and analysing of: tunnelling performance, surface works (including traffic staging and utility installation and relocation), shaft support installation and excavation, and installation and monitoring of geotechnical monitoring instrumentation data. • Management of consultant and contractor development and review of technical design scope as part of Owner’s organization to maintain project scope, budget, and schedule to satisfy project and stakeholder objectives. • Proficient in the use of Office Suite, Microstation / AutoCAD, Excel automation using VBA, RocData.
