I’m Jozef — a service operations leader who has spent nearly two decades making complex global processes run smoother, faster, and (most importantly) more human. My career started with fixing small workflow glitches and grew into leading large-scale service delivery across time zones, cultures, and technologies. I thrive where structure meets empathy — balancing KPIs and automation with a genuine focus on people, customer experience, and sustainable results. Currently, I’m exploring how AI can enhance operations — from predictive analytics and automated workflows to smarter customer interactions. I see AI not as a replacement for human talent, but as a powerful partner that can automate routine tasks, uncover patterns in data, and give teams the freedom to focus on what humans do best: creativity, critical thinking, and building relationships. I’ve learned that efficiency isn’t just about speed; it’s about building systems people actually want to use, creating clarity in chaos, and leaving space for innovation to happen naturally.
