From leading the end-to-end digital authentication strategy at NatWest—driving digital adoption, increasing self-serve and removing cost —to championing open banking, voice biometrics, and blockchain pilots, I specialise in turning complex challenges into scalable, compliant, and customer-first solutions. Currently at NatWest, I lead a Tribe of multi-disciplinary Agile teams to simplify customer journeys through digital authentication, including voice and biometric solutions.
