He has worked on diverse, high-impact initiatives involving the full infrastructure investment cycle—from deal structuring and procurement to project delivery and contract management. Currently serving as Manager of Transaction Structuring & Commercial Management at Infrastructure Ontario, JP leads financial and commercial workstreams for major infrastructure and real estate development projects, including transit-oriented communities and digital infrastructure. With a strong foundation in financial modeling, deal structuring, and stakeholder collaboration, he brings analytical precision and strategic insight to every engagement.
