My experience in the sports industry, from events like the Ford Trailseeker, King Price Race to the Sun and Sea, Ride Joburg, Otter Trail and Sanlam Capetown Marathon, Auto & General Cross Triathlon to the Warrior Race Series, has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to create impactful experiences. I enjoy bringing people together through shared passions and challenges. I also work in life and wellness coaching, helping individuals reach their full potential, and I facilitate team building and coaching to foster collaboration and high performance. I value building strong relationships and believe in the power of connection. My background includes an HFPA education and a commitment to community service, driving my focus on social impact. I'm guided by a belief in celebrating progress, the importance of emotional intelligence, and living authentically.
