As an Audit Partner at Crowe LLP, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the US, I manage and oversee the audits of financial service institutions, including banks, credit unions, and specialty finance companies. I have over 15 years of experience in providing assurance services, risk management, and accounting and reporting consultation to clients ranging from $50 million to over $20 billion in total assets. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and value-added audit services that help clients navigate the complex and evolving financial and regulatory environment. I have specialized knowledge and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, subordinated debt issuance, and CLO securitizations. I am also a former Professional Accounting Fellow at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where I contributed to the development and publication of bank regulatory and accounting policy guidance, including the Bank Accounting Advisory Series. I hold CPA licenses in California and Texas, and a master's degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
