Background
About Jsr Prasad
I work at the interface of Philosophy and Ayurveda, the indigenous medical science. My primary focus is to develop a distinct discipline in 'Indian psychology,' based on the vast Sanskrit literature, using exploratory research methods. The progress so far has been encouraging. Research collaborations are underway to develop health scales that could inform policy-level changes. We aim to suggest better non-invasive methods for maintaining optimal mental health. My secondary focus is to investigate the influence of food, diet, and nutrition on mental health by offering courses to university students and conducting research projects. This area is also highly fascinating.Tertiary focus is on ancient Indian contributions to science & technology. A course had been taught to the PG students.
