Over 30 years of experience in all functions of Public Works including Engineering, Highway, Sewer, Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste, Recycling, Parks, Cemetery and Municipal Facilities, with 25 years in direct responsible charge. Highly effective in communicating with the public, consultants, municipal boards, department heads, regulatory personnel, and legislators as well as in representing concerns on all matters relating to municipal unions. Well versed in state procurement requirements as well as possess vast experience in the development of bid documents, RFP/Q’s, administration of engineering agreements/construction contracts and management of enterprise accounts. Direct management experience on many large public works projects including water works treatment/transmission, wastewater treatment plant improvements, sewer/water main extensions, water/wastewater pump station construction, public works facility improvements as well as drainage, roadway, dam and bridge construction/improvements.
