About Jt Su

I am a passionate educational administrator dedicated to empowering Hawai‘i's youth through the PUEO Program at Punahou School. Serving as the Program Coordinator and Dean of Faculty, I support the public-private partnership program in creating equitable and enriching educational experiences for Hawai‘i’s public school students to become college, career, and community ready. Beyond my day job, I also mentor new teachers across O‘ahu and Hawai‘i Island, leading them in developing their classroom vision and cultivating culturally responsive teaching practices. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the USC Rossier School of Education, a Master of Science in Education from The Johns Hopkins University School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from NYU. As a product of the K-12 public education system, I take great pride in earning nearly in scholarship and grant funding, which has provided me with the education, experiences, and platform to grow into the impactful leader who will continue paying it forward as a champion for educational equity.
