About Juan Berumen

I’m a senior at DePaul University, majoring in Finance and Accounting, with a strong interest in entering the financial industry. While I’m particularly drawn to commercial banking and credit analysis, I’m open to exploring a variety of roles in finance that allow me to apply my skills in financial analysis, risk management, and problem-solving. During my time at DePaul, I’ve gained hands-on experience with financial modeling and credit assessment, which have reinforced my interest in understanding the complexities of credit analysis and loan structuring. I’m excited to build on this foundation as I step into the next phase of my career. Outside the classroom, I’ve had the privilege of leading as president of my fraternity, Sigma Chi. Managing a budget and leading a team of 12 taught me the importance of collaboration, leadership, and strategic planning—skills I know will serve me well in the finance world. As I look toward the future, I’m eager to bring my passion for finance and my leadership experience into a team-focused environment where I can continue learning and growing.
