About Juan Chapman

Juan is a certified town planner and project management professional with extensive experience in the private sector where he was involved in all aspects of the design and implementation of township establishments. He has worked in various multi-disciplinary environments which entailed processes involved in urban town planning from virgin land status to rezoning right through to town planning and township establishment and development. This experience brought out his passion for the built environment which elevated him to commercial and industrial property brokerage where he was able to foster solid relationships and networks that have led him to property investment and development. He is an astute and aggressive commercial and industrial expert who is at the forefront of industry knowledge and practices. Juan completed his BArt et Scien Urban and Regional planning degree through the North West University (Potchefstroom Campus) which has laid the basis for him becoming a game changer in the property sector. His latest achievement being his attainment of the Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) qualification.
