As a Senior Community Association Manager,I oversee the operations and maintenance of a mixed portfolio of communities in the City of San Francisco by providing excellent customer service, mediating conflicts, and fostering positive relationships with the community Board members, homeowners, vendors, and staff. My BA in Social Work from California State University, Fresno, equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand and address the needs and concerns of diverse and dynamic communities. I have nine years of experience in HOA management, and I have successfully handled various tasks such as budgeting, contracting, reporting, inspecting, enforcing, and communicating. I am also proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Appfolio, Gmail, and Google Docs, which I use to create and manage documents and emails efficiently and effectively. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a leader who strives to deliver quality results and exceed expectations.
