My career is built on developing and executing results-oriented commercial and marketing strategies. Over the past 15 years, I have been fortunate to gain experience in various areas, leading people and achieving goals, which has allowed me to develop strategic vision, adaptability, and the ability to build multidisciplinary teams. I am a change agent, capable of executing daily plans and reaching medium- and long-term objectives in different organizations. Four years ago, we founded La Firma, a digital marketing agency that drives growth for businesses across various industries. We started it almost as a hobby, alongside our formal jobs, and it kept growing more and more until it became a place where several people put in their effort every day, and many clients rely on it to support and help them in their growth. Today, it is my home, where I can develop and grow both professionally and personally.
