About Juan Jaramillo

Since joining the workforce at 17 years old I have had several positions and have learned many skills. I began working for my parent’s trucking business as an assistant. I helped keep track of miles traveled as well as fuel expenses. My role also required filing bill of ladings and grouping load confirmations as well as other important documents. I then began working at Dunkin’ as a barista. I worked there for 3 years during which I was promoted to shift leader. At Dunkin’ I learned to be an effective leader & a thoughtful coworker. Being in constant contact with customers gave me confidence in communication with them as well proficiency in catering to their needs. Working in a fast paced environment allowed me to become efficient & very timely. Currently I am employed at a Kroger Marketplace. I was hired as a Deli Clerk. My role consisted of catering to customer’s needs as well as maintaining a stocked sales case. I am currently Assistant Manager at the Deli where I have to keep track of product deliveries, ordering product, counting inventory, organizing backroom, stocking the floor, and overseeing my team of employees.
