I've previously compiled, interpreted and presented data to my superiors and customers, both internal and external, in a manner which allowed them to view the results with efficacy. As a phone associate and a quality assurance analyst; I have learned that we are to be customer advocates and do what is best for all involved. The feedback I have provided has been accurate and constructive, leading to improvement. When completing tasks, I have not only done what was asked of me but ensured that all possible issues are addressed and availed myself of technology in order to expedite the work without hindering the quality of it. The use of my experience in different situations and positions has allowed me to advance not only myself but those around me and the interests of the corporation which I have been employed by at the time.
