I am a proactive and dynamic person, I strongly believe in the entrepreneur ventures and Im always looking around for new business possibilities, always looking forward to the future. With over 10 year’s experience in the Call Center industry. I had developed my career during the years. My first job was as email technical support agent level 1 and I had learned almost every single position inside the call center industry since then. Today I specialized as Operations Manager, Marketing & Business Development. During my time off I had also provided consulting services to do: startups, ramp ups, implementations, improvements, development of processes and procedures, among others. I am a committed person with the eyes on the horizon for new challenges in my professional life. I'm always looking for new processes to improve and to be implemented. A happy employee works harder and better. I strongly believe that when you are in a management position you have the responsibility to develop your agents, supervisors and floor managers for they to have a growth inside the company and they can make a career inside the company, this creates loyalty in the team to the company. Operations & Business Development had to work together to create and attract new potential clients for the center.
