Hi, I’m Juan Michael Sibrian, a Business Administration student with a concentration in Information Systems at California State University, San Bernardino. My journey into leadership and entrepreneurship began with a simple desire: to help others believe in their potential. As a first-generation college student, I’ve overcome challenges that have shaped my resilience, creativity, and drive to create positive change. Whether through my work in student government, as an orientation leader, or my service with College Corps, I’ve found joy in empowering others to grow. My goal is to become a professor and a serial entrepreneur who launches mission-driven businesses that bridge access and opportunity for underserved communities. I believe in leading with empathy, learning with intention, and using technology and education as tools for transformation.
