About Juan Velez

I am an Ecuadorian who has been living in Berlin for over the past nine years. While pursuing my Bachelor's degree, I began managing bands, which marked my first steps into the music industry. Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in label management, booking, tour management, PR, and promotion services. Some of my career highlights include managing Ponte Pilas, serving as the day-to-day manager for twocolors (DE), managing the promotion and marketing efforts for Los Telepáticos'(ES) debut album, and participating in panels at well-known showcases such as Wide Days (UK), Future Echoes (SE), and Pitch Scotland (UK). I joined RBK Fusion in 2024, a Berlin-based concert and artist agency that has been organizing cultural events across Germany since 2017 for artists such as 50 Cent, Lenny Kravitz, The Black Crowes, John Legend, and many more. At RBK Fusion, we bring extensive experience from the booking industry and have a deep understanding of musicians and their subcultures. Our artist roster ranges from up-and-coming newcomers to established live acts and stadium bands.
