Starting with a foundational certification in Computer Operations in 1994, and earning her Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Technical Management from DeVry University in 2011, I have consistently evolved with the industry, most recently earning a Generative AI certification from Google, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to technological advancements. My career in IT spans more than two and a half decades, during which I have cultivated a comprehensive skill set across various domains. My early expertise in computer operations laid a strong groundwork, enabling me to adapt and thrive amidst the rapid evolution of technology. I have actively contributed to system administration, network management, software support, data analysis, IT consulting, cybersecurity, and now, AI. My experience has equipped me with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, implement robust solutions, manage IT infrastructure, as well as lead a number of technical teams in the field of Information Technology (IT) in the state of Illinois.
