Professional Journey: Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager under the SME-M Division at The City Bank Ltd, I take immense pride in my role as an Assistant Vice President (AVP). Since joining on 6th June 2016, I have grown within the organization, achieving my most recent promotion to AVP on 1st January 2023. It has been a gratifying journey, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the asset quality of the branch's portfolio while minimizing risk and maximizing revenues. Key Responsibilities and Achievements: At The City Bank Ltd, my core responsibilities revolve around managing the current portfolio, ensuring its profitability, and identifying opportunities for business growth. I have successfully implemented business development strategies that align with our organizational goals in the Medium Business (Assets & Liabilities) domain. Previous Experience at National Bank Ltd: My journey in the banking industry began at National Bank Ltd, where I served as a Probationary Officer and later as an Executive Officer. During my tenure, I gained valuable experience in general banking and credit departments, handling various responsibilities such as customer assessment, credit proposal analysis, and day-to-day correspondences with clients and head office. Education and Professional Development: I hold an MBA in Banking & Insurance from the University of Dhaka and a BBA in Finance & Marketing from North-South University. Additionally, I have pursued professional qualifications, including Junior Associate and Diplomaed Associate of The Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh. Passion for Continuous Learning: In the dynamic world of banking, continuous learning is essential to stay ahead. I have attended various training programs that have enhanced my skills and knowledge in credit risk management, IT operations, anti-money laundering, and more. Language and Computer Skills: My language proficiency in both English and Bangla allows me to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders. Moreover, I possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
