About Jubilee Witte

Graduating from college in 2020 changes your perspective on what is actually important. My first job out of college was a floor associate position at Vance Outdoors, a family-owned gun store in Central Ohio. Working at a gun shop during a pandemic/election year was like working at Macy's on Black Friday every single day. During my time there, I led my department in sales and turned a lot of first time customers into repeat clients. After a year, I decided to take the next steps in my career, and applied for a job at Bennie. Bennie is an employee benefits platform that helps companies create a healthier workplace. I took a chance on Bennie because I believe Bennie is going to reshape the way companies handle benefits, bringing HR solutions into the 21st century by combining high level service with modern technology. Bennie provides technology and services that are beyond what growing companies typically receive, yet exactly what they need. When I'm not working, I enjoy practicing Judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, playing chess, reading about world history and modern strategy, and hiking with my friends and family.
