About Jubin Honarfar

I took my first steps in the HR industry in 2011. Before that, all I knew about HR was that an HR manager would issue my payslips and employment contract. After more than a decade as part of the HR industry, I can proudly say that HR work is one of the most important activities of any organisation. Unfortunately, this is often not recognised as such. In my opinion, there are 2 reasons for this: 1. the target group does not sell its agendas very successfully internally and needs to act more data driven in order to be able to clearly assign successes and failures 2. C-Level only sees HR as purely filling positions And it has been my job for more than 10 years to show both sides how cooperation can take place on an equal footing. I was able to gain this experience myself by founding the company whatchado, which has HR as its target group. Since founding the company, I have also been able to look inside more than 500 companies and have thus been able to expand my practical knowledge with the theory of successful HR work by writing several books. I pass on all this experience to companies by advising them or teaching future managers in HR as part of my work as a lecturer at a university of applied sciences. It is easier to emphasise the successes because they are easy to list. However, it was the failures that made me realise which path leads to success. One is not possible without the other!
