Lawyer, songwriter, singer, producer Graduated from PUC-SP, specializing in Intellectual Property from FGV (GV Law), operates predominantly in the area of ​​author´s right and copyright, particularly in the context of the music. Owner of Novaes e Roselli advogados. It is also prosecutor in São Paulo (Procuradoria Geral do Município de São Paulo), since the year 1985, which approaches the law public area. Chaired the immaterial Law Commission of OAB / SP (2010/2013), and the current president of entertainment law commission. Member of committees for copyright and right of the IASP entertainment (Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo). Involved with the defense of copyright in music, he joined the board of the International Council of Authors of Music (Ciam) since 2011, and is the president and a founder of Alianza Latin American Authors (Alcam). It is also a member of the board of Abramus (Brazilian Association of Music and Arts), and was one of the signatories to the creation of the National Music Forum. Also has a background in music, he studied composition and conducting at the Dramatic and Musical Conservatory of São Paulo, having a career as a singer and composer, with eighteen albums released between authorial works and the brazilian vocal group Trovadores Urbanos, which is one of the creators.
