Currently, I am a Commercial Branch Manager for Sherwin Williams Paints. In order to best serve our customers, I see myself as having two major roles within Sherwin Williams. Creating a friendly, helpful, and welcoming environment for customers. In order to facilitate this role, I focus on- Demonstrating interest in the lives, businesses, and projects of our customers- Constantly improving my knowledge of our products/solutions so that I can be a more useful resource for our customers- Lead-Generation calls and CRM management to grow our business in Ottawa. Ensuring that our store can deliver on the commitments that we make to our customers. In order to facilitate this role, I focus on- Process orientation, organization, and inventory management. i.e How do we record, produce, and deliver customer orders? Do we have the product on hand to facilitate a large percentage of our customer orders within the customer's desired timeline?
