About Judd Oconnor

Judd O’Connor is executive vice president of the global Seed Business for Corteva Agriscience, a role he assumed in December 2024. An experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering results, Judd is a 25-year veteran of Corteva and its heritage companies across seed and crop protection, marketing, integrated seed operations, commercial effectiveness and global seed treatments. Previously, Judd served as the president of Corteva’s North America business, the company's largest market. Earlier in his career, he was based in São Paulo, Brazil, where he served as DuPont's Regional President, Latin America. Upon returning from Brazil, he led Integrated Operations and Commercial Effectiveness for Pioneer – today Corteva’s global flagship seed brand – and helped lead efforts to enable the merger of the Dow and DuPont agriculture businesses, which ultimately led to the formation of Corteva. Judd began his career in the crop protection sector with American Cyanamid where he held a number of sales, marketing and leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. He serves on the board of directors for CropLife America and America’s Cultivation Corridor, where he is past Chair of the Board. He has previously served on the board of directors for the Greater Des Moines Partnership.
