As an executive with a deep-rooted passion for problem-solving and overcoming challenges, I began my career as an aircraft maintenance engineer (AME), working on helicopters in some of the world’s most demanding environments, from the extreme cold of the Canadian Arctic to the humid climates of Western Africa. Throughout my journey in the helicopter industry, I sought opportunities to make a more substantial positive impact on the aircraft maintenance teams around me. A pivotal leadership opportunity allowed me to transition from hands-on engineering to a strategic role, where I applied the resourcefulness and resilience honed in those remote locations to drive organizational success. Today, I operate at the intersection of leadership and business excellence, leveraging my extensive experience to navigate complexities in boardrooms. My focus has shifted to financial strategy, budgeting, and overall operational efficiency—areas where I thrive on tackling challenges and implementing innovative solutions. I am deeply committed to cultivating strong leadership and empowering team members to enhance their capabilities.
