I enjoy leading multi-disciplinary teams, uplifting capability and delivering world-class social impact outcomes. My track record of success includes identifying gaps in markets, shaping the vision and securing support, partnerships and funding for growth. Delivering work that is of global standard and local relevance, I’ve worked across multiple regions and stakeholder groups (industry, community, academic), facilitating shared knowledge, building collaboration and a shared sense of purpose. I am passionate about putting learners at the centre of all design and am comfortable with big challenges, navigating complexity and mitigating risk. With a special interest in developing leadership skills in the eye health sector, myopia management, and gender equity, I am an advocate for high quality education and improved public health programs.
