Head of Retail for Carlisle and North Lakeland Hospice at Home. Changing Charity Retail into destination stores for choice, value and excellent customer service and style. Raising vital funds for palliative care for people with life limiting diagnosis wanting to die in their own home surrounded by those they love and care about. Local care for local people, where donations really make a difference. Founder and Owner of Hall Hills, a small collection of 5* Gold, multi award winning self catering holiday cottages. Hall Hills has been carefully created within the shell of 16th Century barns. Together with my husband, we designed and project managed the build. I now manage and run the five self catering properties independently, no agencies here! I have also had the great pleasure of being a Director and Secretary of Premier Cottages from 2012 - 2020, working alongside other Board Directors to ensure the successful running and marketing of a collective of nearly 4 & 5* self catering cottages also managed by the owners themselves. Promoting a book direct model alongside the highest standards of customer care.
