About Judit Sendra

As an Innovation Consultant specialized in Life Sciences, MedTech, and HealthTech, I help organizations bridge science, technology, and business to accelerate impactful healthcare innovations. I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for Science and Innovation. My professional life has been dedicated to improving the healthcare products landscape and people's quality of life. With a Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Research, I gained the required research skills needed to excel in the Biotech industry. My next step was at Endor Nanotechnologies, a Startup focused on innovative healthcare solutions, where I gained experience in the fields of nanotechnology, oncology, and dermatology, as well as entrepreneurship and business management. My experience at Endor Nanotechnologies helped me understand the drug development process, the pharmaceutical industry requirements, and how communication and partnership can become powerful tools to achieve goals. I then moved to the USA, where I was able to apply my skills and knowledge to help other people and companies with their projects. Currently, as the International Innovation Manager at Catalonia Trade and Investment, I create bridges between Catalonia and the USA, fostering innovation and internationalization, and bringing technologies to the next level. I also collaborate with EIT Health as an innovation evaluator and mentor. Additionally, I am the author of a Patent for a new immuno-oncology treatment (PCT/EP2016/068007) and director of 3 Doctoral Thesis. I have been recognized for my achievements and contributions, including being considered one of the most successful female entrepreneurs in Spain in 2016 and one of the most promising Spanish female entrepreneurs in 2017.
