Judith Ackermann ist Forschungsprofessorin für Digitale Medien und Performance in der Sozialen Arbeit an der FH Potsdam. Aktuell leitet sie das BMBF-Projekt „Die Wissenschaftlerinnen“ (2022-2025) und das Innovationsfond-Projekt „Convo Quest“. Zuvor war sie u.a. anteilige Leiterin der BMBF-Projekte „Postdigitale Kunstpraktiken in der Kulturellen Bildung“ (PKKB, 2017-2021) und „Digitale Inklusion im Kontext Sozialer Angststörungen“ (DISA, 2019-2022). In ihrer Forschung befasst sie sich mit den Potenzialen der Digitalisierung für Gesellschaft und Kultur. Ackermann ist wissenschaftlicher Beirat der Akademie für Theater und Digitalität in Dortmund und betreibt seit August 2020 als @dieprofessorin Wissenschaftskommunikation auf TikTok.
