Background
About Judith Alexander
I'm passionate about shifting the power dynamic in L&D by designing experiences that promote and extend learner agency. Over the past decade, I've applied learner-led pedagogies to increase engagement and achievement at nonprofits, universities, graduate schools and public school districts. Change is hard (especially in L&D!) so I believe in scaling pedagogical innovation with a model that leverages professional learners’ successes to build towards systemic impact in the organization and beyond. I also believe that tech is a tool to operationalize learning theory and that evidence-based pedagogy should drive the selection of learning tools, and not the other way around.
