About Judith Andrews

With over 18 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, I am passionate about providing evidence-based and patient-centered nutrition care to people with chronic kidney disease and diabetes. As a renal dietitian at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), I work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nutritional needs and outcomes of patients in an outpatient clinic. I also hold the Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) credential, which enables me to educate and empower patients and their families on self-management strategies and lifestyle modifications. Additionally, I have a strong interest in health education and promotion, and I have contributed to multiple initiatives and projects aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of nutrition services and resources for the community. I am committed to advancing my knowledge and skills in the field of renal nutrition and diabetes, and I seek to collaborate with other professionals and organizations who share the same vision and values.
