About Judith Aron

Investigation and compliance professional bringing practical legal solutions to help clients navigate complex, cross-border government investigations and internal regulatory reviews. As co-chair of the Global Compliance & Investigations team across Dentons, I work with a diverse group of 250+ lawyers in more than 200 offices. My practice focuses on representing companies in high-stakes matters involving foreign bribery, fraud and breach of fiduciary duties. I conduct internal investigations for major corporates and advise them on anti-corruption compliance. I have conducted document review and witness interviews in Portugal, Germany, France, Morocco, Russia, South Africa, Benin and Gabon. I have advised on remediation measures, restructuration of supply chain and conducted post-investigation compliance trainings in Morocco and Russia. Admitted to practice in New York, I have extensive cross-border transactional and M&A experience from my previous work in Paris and Moscow. My track record includes helping a DAX30-listed company, secure a USD 200+ million NPA and settled enforcement action with the US DOJ and SEC in relation to alleged violations of the US FCPA after 7 years of parallel investigations in 40+ countries. I have co-founded the German chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defence Association and serve as Chapter Secretary. I serve on Dentons Europe Women Advancement Committee which is committed to promoting gender equality, expanding development paths and increasing leadership opportunities for women within Dentons; and Dentons Global Inclusion Advisory Council. I work pro bono for two German non-for-profits with a global reach: “kiron open higher education”, an online learning platform for refugees worldwide and underserved communities in the Middle East and Foundation” which provides advice and tools to improve the sexual health and well-being of teen-agers.
