When I left the military it seemed like State Government was the next logical step in my career. After a fantastic ride of 7 years, I made the difficult but rewarding decision to leave the Director hat I wore with the State of Tennessee for a position at Asurion one of Nashville's top 10 employers. In addition to the stellar reputation of Asurion, the opportunity to build a Data Governance program and operationalize our Data Intelligence tools really appealed to me. Being a thought leader in this space and working with multiple cross-functional teams, together we have been able to collectively reduce our data risk, revamp data retention, and help Data Owners and Data Stewards come up with intelligent and often automated solutions that keep our data safe. I can't wait to see what is next! As a servant leader, I am committed to driving results to achieve success. With a highly acclaimed military, government agency, and global corporate background, I bring a unique perspective to technology leadership making an impactful difference and being thought leader in all that I do. A seasoned strategic and visionary leader, with more than 10 years of experience directing / influencing people, processes, and programs in technology, I speak both business and technology.
