As a successful Real Estate professional, I work collaboratively and in partnership with business leaders to develop and implement client-side Real Estate strategies that enable businesses to meet their key priorities. Key business involvement ranges from integration of property portfolios arising from M&A, off boarding due to divestures, cost management and footprint optimisation. I have operated across a wide range of sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Power and Aviation Industrial sectors with their differing and diverse needs. This exposure shapes my professional approach – to firstly understand the sector so that property solutions can be designed to reflect the secular and cyclical pressures likely to impact a client’s industry. I like data and using data to provide insights and influence the discussion. I have experience in supporting lease accounting tools and am particularly excited by the prospect of utilizing property leases on balance sheets to elevate the discussions at the C-Suite.
