About Judith Chaney

When people first hear that I have a degree in psychology they respond with one of two questions; are you analyzing me now or do you use your degree in this job? The simple answer to both is a resounding YES. Psychology is about listening and helping people find their solutions to their problems. That is what I do. I listen to employers and employees. I help them identify their problems. I lead them down the long winding path to their solution and then I show them ways to implement the solution. Sounds nice but what does that have to do with supplemental insurance? Employers are struggling to attract and keep quality employees while at the same time controlling the rising cost of health care. Employees are wondering if their employers care about them and are concerned about their health care needs. By working with both the employer and employee I ensure a win-win situation.
