About Judith de Jong

I am facilitator and trainer. In that role I help companies to be more effective and more efficient in working together. It is my ambition to use the time spent on meetings as good and energetic as possible. The participants of the group often know a lot, however their input is often limited.I think a meeting is often like a formula 1 race car in a residential area; it is not optimally used. With a tailor-made program and professional guidance you can achieve more in a meeting than you thought that would be possible.If there is ambiguity or chaos, I create insight and overview, together with the team. If there is a need for renewal, I challenge the participants to go outside their comfort zone. I strive to get a good balance between the skills of the team and the challenge they face, this puts them in the right flow to work together. I apply this principle too, while training Facilitation skill to professionals.
