My journey is driven by a passion for empowering healthcare professionals through high-quality, evidence-based education that enhances clinical decision-making, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Currently, I serve as a Life Support Instructor at the Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare, delivering hands-on training using high- and medium-fidelity simulation technologies. I actively participate in Interprofessional Education (IPE) initiatives, working alongside learners from medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and laboratory sciences to foster real-world clinical collaboration. In addition to being an AHA-certified Advanced Life Support Instructor, an HSI Level 4 Instructor, and a PCAT certified Instructor, I have further strengthened my simulation expertise by completing the Essentials in Clinical Simulations Across the Health Professions certificate program. This multidisciplinary training deepened my skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation-based learning across healthcare fields. Beyond clinical education, I am also an enthusiastic OET and medical language trainer, supporting aspiring healthcare professionals in building strong clinical communication skills for global healthcare practice. A lifelong learner and researcher, I am currently planning to pursue a Master of Science in Health Professions Education, with a vision to contribute to curriculum design, simulation innovation, and educational leadership within the healthcare community.
