About Judith Krens

I am co-leading Pinsent Masons Global IP team. I am a senior partner in patent litigation having almost 25 years of experience in this field. I represent high profile clients in the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and in Dutch national courts. I am a strategic, trusted advisor to clients in all industries, including the life sciences, technical, medical devices and chemical industry, from multinationals, to scale-ups and sometimes starts-ups. My practice is and has always been very international. Together with my colleagues in several jurisdictions, we offer clients top notch multijurisdictional and cross-border advice and service and guide them through challenging patent disputes. We have a diverse team representing the different legal specialisms our clients need. I always bring in the best team to offer the highest level of service to our clients. My tremendous (international) pharma/biotech/medical devices patent litigation experience has over the years expanded to LS regulatory and non-contentious advice.
