As the President of APMA, I bring over 30 years of diverse and dynamic experience across various roles and countries. My career journey has been marked by adaptability and a deep understanding of local, regional, and global markets. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead with authenticity, transparency, and an enterprise mindset, always putting people at the center of my decisions. My purpose is to make an impact every day in any way I can and to help those around me to believe in themselves and to reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have held significant leadership positions, including Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Novartis, Global Therapeutic Area Head for Immunology, and Country President and Oncology General Manager for the Nordic countries. My roles have spanned across continents, from Europe to Asia, showcasing my ability to navigate and excel in different cultural and business environments. I am known for my strategic agility and focus on execution, which have led to record sales targets and the successful implementation of innovative strategies for both brands and teams. My leadership style is characterized by a balance of making strong business decisions with my head and executing them with my heart. I am passionate about developing people and creating environments that seize commercial opportunities while fostering growth and collaboration.
