About Judith Quast

Over the past few years, I have worked in various agile work environments, which has led me to discover my passion for analyzing needs and helping teams, leaders, and organizations continuously improve. For me, it is particularly important that organizations establish a balance between productivity, adaptability, and a positive, healthy corporate culture. In doing so, I place great emphasis on humanity, because for me, the individual person is in the foreground, just like their role in the team and company. My most important tool here is communication, to create a shared understanding of goals and strategies and to work together effectively. As a proponent of the New Work philosophy, I see the reconciliation of different backgrounds and life realities as both a challenge and an opportunity. This is my passion and drives me every day to positively impact the world of work.
