About Judith Roetgering

I’m Judith and I am driven by a passion for people and international growth. My career began in the world of fashion, where I spent over 16 years working with global brands like Karl Lagerfeld and Mexx. Living and working across different countries taught me the true value of cultural connection, adaptability, and the power of the right team. That international experience became the foundation for everything I’ve built since. I’ve helped startups grow into strong and scalable businesses combining expertise in. I love building from the ground up, spotting potential, and bringing structure and soul together. One of the most exciting chapters was Your Talent Agency – a recruitment and relocation company focused on international talent. We grew to €4M+ in annual revenue and worked with amazing companies like Just Eat Takeaway, Otrium, Fairphone, Farmina Pet & Food, Payingit International, Talk360, and ThreatFabric. Today, with, I help companies successfully relocate and onboard international talent. From visa and immigration processes to full relocation support, we make sure new employees can land softly — and stay for the long run. Our goal.
