About Judith Rogers

I love to ask why and why can't we? and say lets give it a try. Being in Pharma we need to be mindful of the environment and stay compliant but we can also challenge and try new things always thinking about doing this with and serving patients and their care partners (family and friends), not forgetting the professional Health Care Providers. I am a Pharmacologist with extensive experience in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry as a matrix, initiative and formal leader and am now focusing my energy and passion on Digital Engagement. I am creative and proactive, working together with customers to identify needs and experiment with them, challenging the status quo to deliver exceptional customer experience. Together with internal patients and care partners we built a private social media platform to provide mutual support as well as connections to business and development teams at Roche. We overcame a lot of barriers to make this happen and to preserve "patient" confidentiality. This is an amazing community and is providing so much benefit to everyone involved and has been recognized for the achievement winning a Reuters Award in 2020 (Most promising MVP category). I have a deep knowledge of Medical Affairs and Commercial Marketing experience shared between the two functions in Roche and at IMS. I am currently working towards my CCXP Customer Experience certification.Specialties: Disruptive and Systems thinking, Strategy, Innovation, Consultancy and Capability building focusing on digital engagement, designing and maintaining digital engagement channels, customer experience, insights, analytics. Partnering with customers and external providers to make sure we succeed together. And not forgetting a passionate ski instructor specialising in teaching adults (able bodied and disabled) to reach their potential in skiing. Last but not least with my partner we run Chalet Beauroc apartment rentals) in Morgins the Swiss Heart of the Portes du Soleil - this is great for hiking and biking spring to autumn and all sliding sports in the snowy months.
